If you think your workplace may be interested in offering an
On-Site, Six-Week Introductory Hatha Yoga class, just forward
the below information to your Human Resources Department or
Employee Wellness Coordinator!

Looking for that special employee gift?  A different and unique way to say thank you?  Your employees work
hard for you all year long.  Give a lasting gift in return by offering your employees an on-site, six-week
introductory hatha yoga class.  Yoga has numerous health benefits:  reduces blood pressure and heart rate,
strengthens, tones and elongates muscles and tendons, boosts the immune system, strengthens the
respiratory, digestive and endocrine systems, balances the nervous system, brings vitality and energy to both
the mental and physical bodies and elicits a sense of well-being and calm, among other benefits too
numerous to mention!

These benefits are not only received by your employees, but by you, the employer, as well.  You more than
likely will see a decrease in employee absenteeism (a huge cost saver for any business) due to lower stress
levels and healthy immune systems which are direct links to keeping health insurance premiums at bay.  In
addition, greater mental clarity, which results in a better work product.  Can't you already see and feel the
benefits of a more calm, peaceful and relaxed workplace environment?  Never mind the increased morale,
productivity and client satisfaction!

A six-week course will provide a general overview and knowledge of many of the asanas (postures), the
benefits of those asanas, the origin of yoga and proper breathing and relaxation techniques.  Any and all are
welcome.  In this class, if you can breathe, you can do yoga.  Try it...you just might love it!

Please feel free to call for details.  Classes are structured for each client's specific needs.  Yoga props can
be provided at an additional cost.  You need only provide the space and willing yogis and yoginis!

Gisele received her yoga teacher certification in 1998 and has been teaching since that time.  Just as
importantly, she spent the last 17 years working as a legal secretary and then as a human resources
coordinator in a top ten Boston law firm.  The marriage of both experiences elicits a deep understanding
and unique perspective of the growing need for yoga in the workplace.
